St Clere is an ideal location for commercial TVC productions, still shoots and editorial photo shoots, able to turn around requests in short lead times where necessary.

What else?

We have a host of different properties within the estate, and represent many other neighbouring locations, meaning you can base within the estate and easily shoot various looks within a stone’s throw (which is Kent talk for ‘just longer than a trolley push’)

Small units can easily base near the house on the hard standing.

The estate team come into their own on productions with smaller teams, as they can provide invaluable support to art and location departments, helping with forestry, groundwork, gardening, maintenance and plant hire, laying infrastructure in hard to reach places, and most importantly a wealth of knowledge on the local land and how to solve problems to achieve your requirements.

With a little notice and mainly with smaller crews, we can organise director and tech recce lunches (we all know how important lunch is!)

No need to bring that wardrobe and make up split, the squash court doubles as a great costume and make up base for smaller cast or SA numbers.

We understand the importance of looking after the client and cast, so can provide comfortable and private spaces for them to work on the day.
